How to Perform

Clean barbell to front rack position. Perform a front squat, then as you stand explosively, use the momentum to press the barbell overhead. Lower barbell to front rack and repeat.

Form Cues

  • Keep elbows high in front rack
  • Knees track over toes
  • Drive through heels
  • Full lockout overhead
  • Core braced throughout
